IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer device management platforms for laptops and mobile devices (Jamf)
• Manage identity (Okta) and access platforms, enforcing security policies and workflows
• Support user provisioning and deprovisioning across all core systems
• Maintain control over access to business tools and infrastructure
• Administer Google Workspace (groups, shared drives, Drive ownership and recovery, calendars, Meet
• Manage data and engineering tool access: Snowflake, Redash, Tableau, Monte Carlo, Datadog

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT, systems, or IAM engineering at a SaaS or cloud-first company
• Hands-on Okta administration (SSO, SAML/OIDC, lifecycle, MFA) and strong troubleshooting of
• Google Workspace admin experience and Slack admin experience
• macOS fleet management with Jamf or a comparable MDM
• Practical scripting/automation (Python, Bash or Node) and comfort with REST APIs
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP IAM, secrets management and service-account hygiene
