IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide first-line remote IT support for North American employees.
• Configure, image, deploy, and maintain desktops with current OS images.
• Administer user accounts across apps; maintain asset/license records.
• Support maintenance of company/client websites and hardware.
• Develop end-user docs, guides, and knowledge base resources.
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and drive IT service improvements remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years IT experience; at least 2 years in Windows desktops.
• College IT diploma; BA/Marketing/Communications assets.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, and PC imaging knowledge.
• Antivirus/malware removal and endpoint support familiarity.
• Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, troubleshooting.
• English and French fluency; other languages a plus.
