📋 Description

  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and roles in 1C and SAP systems.
  • Communicate closely with internal departments to assess, analyze, and map their specific software

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles.
  • Hands-on experience with user administration in 1C ERP System (nice to have) and SAP (must)
  • Strong proficiency in macOS hardware and software configurations.
  • Good knowledge of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WLAN troubleshooting).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) for daily communication with teams in Ukraine and global
