📋 Description

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Manage cloud environments across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Support HRIS platforms like Rippling and Deel.
  • Provide desk-side and remote IT support for Windows and macOS.
  • Handle IT requests via JIRA Service Management with SLAs.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding: provisioning, devices, access, asset tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune administration.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Proficiency with JIRA Service Management or similar ITSM tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
