Provide IT support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools (onsite in Palo Alto)
Troubleshoot issues across macOS, Windows, and GNU/Linux environments
Log incidents and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Install, configure, and update computers and videoconferencing equipment
Manage shipments, returns, stock, licenses, and user accounts
Train users and improve internal IT processes for scalability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
Strong written and verbal communication
Google Workspace administration experience
Kandji, JAMF, Intunes or Ivanti Go experience
Troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and GNU/Linux
Networking fundamentals: Ethernet, WiFi, TCP/IP
Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment
