Occasionally maintain in-office network infrastructure
Maintain enterprise IT assets such as servers and desktops

Experience with macOS administration and support
Ability to improvise and find immediate solutions
Experience managing formal ticketing systems
Experience administering SaaS technologies
Flexibility to work with all types of technology
Experience with machine and account provisioning/deprovisioning
