📋 Description

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; maintain system security.
• Support clinical and administrative functions; ensure reliable IT systems.
• Collaborate with IT and healthcare staff for regulatory compliance.
• Travel between West Covina and Compton; 50-75% onsite.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years IT support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, tech, or business.
• Onsite 50-75% at West Covina and Compton; travel as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Telephony experience (Talkdesk or Braadsoft) is a plus.
