📋 Description

• Temporary IT Assistant in Global Service Delivery, Singapore/Finland offices.
• 6-month fixed-term, entry-level IT role for early-career professionals.
• On-site IT support for the Singapore office; primary IT presence.
• Collaborate with Global Service Delivery, Facilities and Office Operations.
• Handle hardware, AV, and day-to-day office technology needs.
• Document resolutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in IT support, helpdesk, or office tech.
• Foundational knowledge of macOS and/or Windows.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and MS 365.
• Strong Finnish and English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable being the primary IT presence in the Singapore office.
