IT Support Analyst I

📋 Description

• On-site IT resource for the Helsinki office; first contact for tech issues.
• Balance IT support with office operations coordination.
• Collaborate with Global Service Delivery, Facilities, and Office Ops.
• Face of IT; support onboarding and AV for meetings.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base with documented resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in IT support or helpdesk; internship/part-time considered.
• Foundational knowledge of macOS and/or Windows.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong customer service with Finnish and English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable as the primary IT presence in Helsinki with some autonomy.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude and desire to grow in IT.
• Kandji or Intune.
• Okta familiarity.
• Jira Service Management or similar.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or ITIL Foundations.
• Prior experience in corporate tech or office operations is a plus.
