IT Support Analyst Intern (6-months)

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and timely support for global workforce via ticketing, Slack, or
• Assist onboarding/off-boarding: provisioning access, setup, inventory, communications.
• Hands-on with endpoints and MDM (Intune, Kandji); audit for accuracy/compliance.
• Support IT projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide AV support for meetings/events and after-hours on-call support.

🎯 Requirements

• Fast-paced corporate IT environment mindset
• Knowledge of macOS and Windows
• MDM experience; certifications a plus
• Familiar with core IT systems and management tools
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems
• Strong communication, critical thinking, initiative
