IT Support Coordinator - PC & Mac

📋 Description

• Long term contract IT support for Mac and Windows users
• Support multiple Houston offices with on-site walk-ups
• Install, configure, and upgrade OS and software
• Deploy hardware, printers, scanners, and network gear
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues
• Act as tech resource; manage centralized help desk

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or 3-5 yrs exp, or equivalent
• Extensive Windows knowledge; Mac OS and iOS preferred
• 2+ yrs in MIS/IT support role
• Strong interpersonal skills, supports execs
• Experience with AD, Exchange, Outlook for Mac
• AD, Windows Server, and Exchange management skills
