🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting diverse users, technical and non-technical.
• Experience managing office tech—printers, networking, WiFi, AV.
• Expertise managing mobile devices (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS) with Intune.
• Solid experience with Azure Entra; broader Azure knowledge a bonus.
• Troubleshooting skills with cloud SaaS tools and user devices.
• Excellent people skills for clear communication.
