IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide responsive Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, resolving employee issues through ticketing
• Manage end-to-end laptop provisioning and de-provisioning for Mac and Windows devices through
• Coordinate global employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely access, equipment
• Deliver IT training and guidance to employees to help them effectively use internal technology and
• Administer identity and access management platforms, including Google Workspace and Okta, while
• Manage and maintain endpoint and device-management environments, including Microsoft Intune and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including at least 2 years of experience implementing or
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute IT operations end-to-end within a small, fast-moving
• Advanced hands-on expertise with macOS, Windows, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SAML/SSO, SCIM
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, identity and access management, device provisioning
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and managing employee onboarding and
• Strong security awareness with a focus on reliability, preventative controls, and anticipating
