  • Be the first responder for IT support requests via ticketing, email, chat, or walk-ins.
  • Triage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues; escalate as needed.
  • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, AD/Google accounts, MFA, workstations.
  • Deploy and maintain hardware: image and deploy Windows/macOS devices.
  • Assist with equipment procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Support office access systems and local server room; AD DS and virtualization knowledge.

  • 3+ years in Workplace and AD Domain Services support.
  • End-user support mindset; fluent English; automation opportunities.
  • Core tech: Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, MS Office; AI automation.
  • L2 Administration: Active Directory and Google Admin console; asset management.
  • Hardware knowledge: IT hardware, peripherals, IP networks.
  • Bonus: ITSM tools (ManageEngine, Jira); PowerShell; ITIL.
