IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Own IT for SF office, execs, and warehouse ops.
• Ensure devices, networks, and conference rooms are reliable and secure.
• Build processes, automation, and infrastructure to scale.
• Troubleshoot critical issues in real time; support leadership.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in SF office, 1-2 days at warehouse; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with Security and Platform teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong macOS fluency; solid iOS knowledge; ChromeOS/Android exposure.
• End-to-end device management: MDM enrollment, imaging, asset tracking; docs.
• Networking basics: APs, connectivity, VLAN, WiFi.
• Admin-level Okta, Google Workspace, Slack; SaaS stack familiarity.
• Automate repetitive work: MDM workflows, scripting, ticket routing.
• Experience supporting senior leaders; proactive, discreet, fast.
• Ownership mindset; comfortable with a role with no rigid playbook.
