  • Own IT support queue; triage hardware, software, and networking for all users.

  • Maintain AV/meeting room setups; create docs and training to reduce tickets.
  • 100% macOS environment; integrated with Google Workspace and core tools.

  • 5+ years in IT support role.
  • Deep macOS expertise, including MDM administration (Jamf strongly preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Experience managing full user lifecycle across SaaS platforms (onboarding, offboarding, access management).
  • Comfortable with a ticketing system and SLAs.
  • Hands-on asset management and hardware lifecycle, including vendor and warranty coordination.
