Own management of access to corporate systems (e.g. Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira,1Password)
Partner with our IT managed service provider to ensure smooth helpdesk operations and hardware
Monitor SOC2 compliance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with DevOps and Security Engineering teammates to integrate technology solutions that
Continuously improve Wisteack’s technology choices and usage including requirement generation

🎯 Requirements

Strong Experience with our technologies (e.g. Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Strong Experience using MDM solutions primarily with Apple environments.
Experience working with compliance frameworks (e.g. PCI, SOC2, HIPAA).
Experience performing IT Support and using help desk ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Service
Experience with managing Identity solutions (e.g. Okta, SSO/SAML).
Familiarity with IT Service Management best practices.
