IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Central IT support for Munich team, resolving hardware, software, identity and connectivity issues
• Manage device- and user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, MDM enrollment, account provisioning
• Collaborate with IT Engineering to identify patterns, automate workflows, and raise IT standards.
• Maintain local infrastructure: video conferencing hardware, meeting rooms, printers, office IT
• Administer daily operations of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Create and maintain precise runbooks and self-service materials to scale the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English; English is Helsing’s corporate language.
• Proven track record solving L2/L3 IT support requests in a dynamic macOS/Windows enterprise
• Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Identity providers and modern SaaS apps.
• Proactive mindset; identify root causes and develop automated solutions beyond ticket closure.
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues clearly to a technically sophisticated user base.
• Willingness to meet German security screening requirements due to sensitive projects.
