IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• First/Second line IT support for internal users and contractors.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, PCs, printers, mobiles.
• Configure and update Windows, macOS, Linux on user devices.
• Manage user devices with device management tools.
• Create and manage user accounts in Okta, AD, Azure AD, O365.
• Physical network tasks: patching, cabling, device installs.

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary education or higher.
• At least 2 years' experience supporting IT devices/hardware and software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create structured documentation.
• Fundamental IT skills: hardware, OS, apps, networking, security.
