IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day technical support for the London office, resolving hardware, software, networking
• Drive onboarding and offboarding operations end to end, ensuring every new hire is productive on
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, including setup guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and
• Partner with IT Procurement and local vendors to coordinate hardware logistics, supply chain
• Lead first-line network and AV troubleshooting, triaging issues to specialized teams with clear
• Execute on IT Operations scrum team projects, contributing to initiatives that scale support

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or endpoint engineering with hands-on experience supporting
• Working proficiency administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira
• Mid-level networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, with the
• Demonstrated root cause analysis methodology, with a track record of identifying recurring issues
• Experience coordinating with service vendors and IT procurement teams to manage hardware logistics
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
