IT Support Engineer Apprentice

📋 Description

• Provide first-line IT support to all employees via the ticketing system.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, including setting up workstations and accounts.
• Maintain IT inventory for France, including hardware, software licenses.
• Collaborate with senior IT to escalate issues and help IT projects.
• Document IT procedures and update the knowledge base.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in Bac+1/Bac+2 IT/CS/Networks program.
• Seeking a 1- or 2-year apprenticeship.
• Based onsite at Paris office.
• Foundational knowledge: macOS, Windows; networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi); Google Workspace, Office 365.
