📋 Description

• First line IT support for DeepL staff; triage, ticketing, and escalations.
• Hardware and device provisioning to keep staff productive.
• Office IT and connectivity; ensure AV setup for in-office spaces.
• Onboarding and offboarding tech provisioning and training for US regions.
• Continuous improvement: stay current with tech trends and propose solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT Support or IT Operations experience.
• Experience with AI tools and security maturity.
• University degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Windows, macOS, Linux; JAMF and Intune MDM.
• ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication.
