🎯 Requirements

7+ years IT support; 3+ years exec support
Experience launching an executive support desk
White-glove exec/board support experience
Discretion handling sensitive requests
MacOS, identity/access, SaaS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle
AV fluency for executive rooms and board meetings
