IT Support Engineer (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Provide L2 ticket-based support for internal server and cloud apps per SLA.
• Manage employee onboarding, laptops, MDM, encryption and antivirus.
• Maintain office network infrastructure (Wi‑Fi, APs, Chrome casts) and coordinate with ISP.
• Monitor applications and systems with alerts to ensure health.
• Maintain configurations on routers, firewalls, switches, and IP telephony.
• Ensure domain registrations, SSL certificates, and product licensing up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience providing L1/L2 support via a ticketing system.
• 2+ years' hands-on laptop support (MacOS, Windows).
• 1+ year Linux sysadmin, including DNS and SSL.
• 1+ year network administration.
• 1+ year app support for Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Strong English communication (written and speaking).
