Own Windows patch management and vulnerability management; refresh hardware.
Work in ServiceNow with Windows and business applications.
Provide on-call support; upgrades may occur nights or weekends.
Train and support users with varying IT knowledge; collaborate with IT teams.
Identify process improvements and communicate with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
A+ certifications preferred.
Experience with desktop/laptop hardware, Windows Server, Active Directory, patching.
Operating systems: Windows; limited Linux exposure.
Basic scripting (PowerShell) and knowledge of security best practices.
Ability to create and document standards and procedures; strong analytical skills.
