Assist with equipment deployment and AV in conference rooms.
Hands-on with platforms like Google Workspace, GCP, Slack, Okta, Jira, Confluence.

🎯 Requirements

macOS and Windows knowledge.
Strong customer service orientation — friendly, patient, proactive.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Fully on-site NYC office schedule; reliable and punctual.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
