IT Support / IT Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Support daily L1 IT support requests from employees and help resolve basic hardware and software
• Assist with the preparation, setup and delivery of laptops, monitors, peripherals and other IT
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation, collection and
• Keep IT asset and inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Support stock tracking for laptops, accessories and other IT equipment.
• Help troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows/macOS devices, peripherals, Wi-Fi, meeting room

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Computer Engineering, Management Information
• Ability to continue the internship for at least 5–6 months.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week.
• University must be able to provide mandatory internship insurance coverage during the internship
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate verbally in English.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems and common IT troubleshooting concepts.
