IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Resolve end-user support tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with computer
• Install, configure, and update workstations, peripherals, and operating systems
• Monitor local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, routers, and switches to maximize system uptime
• Enforce basic cybersecurity measures, run data backups, and follow disaster recovery procedures
• Track IT inventory, document system processes, and coordinate with external tech vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related technical
• 2 years of related IT experience
• Must hold a Current Top Secret clearance. Will be required to undergo a CI poly.
