IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Service Desk & Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote
• Plan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized.
• Prepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees.
• Manage our Google systems and licences.
• Manage tech material
• Support and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.

🎯 Requirements

• +1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome).
• Experience installing and managing networks is desirable
• Experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus.
• Desirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools.
• Be decisive and organised.
