IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide first-line IT support for employees in the Munich office (macOS, Windows, iOS).
• Own device and account lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, MDM enrolment, and access reviews.
• Triages tickets in Jira Service Management with clear communication and escalation as needed.
• Admin day-to-day for Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Proactively maintain local AV/VC hardware, meeting rooms, printers, and office IT needs.
• Build and maintain runbooks and self-service knowledge to scale the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in an IT support role in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS, Windows, and iOS; strong identity, endpoint, and SaaS
• Experience with Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration.
• Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, JumpCloud).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python) to automate workflows.
• Familiarity with networking basics, VPN troubleshooting, and Zero Trust concepts.
