Provide first-line support for onsite, remote, and hybrid hardware
Install software and troubleshoot issues
Perform remote troubleshooting
Triage issues and route to appropriate resources
Provide daily and weekly updates to manager
Manage day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of network and cloud infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years IT field experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
Proficient supporting Microsoft 365 suite
Ability to train users with varying technical levels
Strong documentation skills
