📋 Description

  • Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets; maintain SLA.
  • Install, configure, move, and upgrade workstations and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Onboard/offboard employees; ship and receive IT equipment.
  • Oversee IT operations for offices, LAN rooms, and data closets.
  • Support networking hardware and coordinate with network teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years IT support experience (service desk, desktop, or infra).
  • Post-secondary degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
  • OS knowledge: Windows, macOS, Linux; Google Workspace admin.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts; LAN room infra and AV systems.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+; ITIL Foundations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; team player.
