📋 Description

  • Handle IT support requests via Slack, including routine and complex issues.
  • Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues for remote users (macOS/Windows).
  • Own ticket queue with SLA targets; triage and escalate when needed.
  • Collaborate with Senior Systems Administrator in a remote-first, distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years IT support experience; 1+ year in L2/escalation.
  • Strong macOS and Windows endpoint knowledge.
  • Experience supporting Slack, Jira/Confluence, and MS 365 tasks.
  • Familiar with Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive.
  • Strong ticketing, SLA discipline, and remote-work self-starter.
  • Remote-friendly; strong written and spoken English.
