IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, operating systems, software
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network connectivity problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate IT teams and follow up until closure.
• Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems, software applications, and end-user
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or Desktop Support role is considered an
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and standard business
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience supporting hardware devices such as PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Citrix, SCCM / Microsoft
