📋 Description

  • Act as the point of contact for conference room AV (Neat, Crestron, Zoom).

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven corporate IT support experience.
  • Proficiency with Jira and FreshService.
  • Hands-on enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Familiarity with conference room tech (Neat, Crestron, Logitech).
  • Experience with Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and basic networking.
  • Knowledge of information security best practices.
