📋 Description

  • Provide technical support to ServiceNow employees
  • Implement, deploy and manage IT & Security asset management systems
  • Manage physical and virtual assets' lifecycle, contracts and support
  • Responsible for global IT & Security assets procurement
  • Maintain and manage end-to-end of assets' vendors and suppliers
  • Responsible for payments, invoices and working with finance team

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with end-user support in macOS
  • Experience in asset (physical and virtual) management and logistics
  • Excellent and proven serviceability skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with local and international shipping process
  • Experience with suppliers and vendor management
