📋 Description

• As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and improving enterprise IT
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core Microsoft 365
• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployments
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS device issues, authentication challenges, application problems, and
• Review and enhance Conditional Access policies, role assignments, device-based access controls, and
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to reduce repetitive tasks and improve

🎯 Requirements

• The ideal candidate is an experienced IT support professional with strong knowledge of endpoint
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS devices in cloud-based enterprise environments.
• Experience with application deployment, patch management, device compliance, and configuration
