IT Support Specialist (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own and resolve technical support requests end-to-end, ensuring high-quality service and adherence
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues across Lenovo laptops, MacBooks
• Manage, prioritize, and document tickets in Jira Service Desk/Fresh Service with clear
• Escalate incidents appropriately while maintaining accountability for resolution tracking.
• Provide both remote and on-site support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, MS Defender, and other
• Lead device configuration and lifecycle management using Intune, Jamf, and Snipe-IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Jamf, MS Defender, and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience working within SLA-driven environments.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments (Windows + macOS).
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
