📋 Description

• Provide hardware/software triage, remote and in-person support for Macs, Windows devices, iOS and
• Assist with AV setups for meetings and events, ensuring smooth presentations.
• Configure and deploy hardware for new hires on day one.
• Support user identity and access management in Okta and SailPoint.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, distribution lists, and shared resources.
• Deliver customer-focused IT onboarding and contribute to process documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2+ years in IT support or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting for desktop/mobile OS and common apps (Chrome, Slack, Zoom).
• Experience supporting AV for live meetings and events.
• Organized, able to multitask in a high-volume environment; self-starter.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
