IT Support Specialist (On-Site)

📋 Description

• Support processes and systems for asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and
• Support IT projects to completion with direction from the IT System Administrator
• Support issuing new computer hardware and disposition of end-of-life equipment
• Support employees through the Jira and Confluence system for problem resolution, documenting
• Support IT requirements through direct employee and guest support within the physical office
• Support conference room and video teleconference setup and troubleshooting as required

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support role
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS hardware and software; working knowledge of
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
