IT Support Specialist Prague (part time)

📋 Description

• Onsite user support across our Prague offices, serving as the go-to technical resource for
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of user hardware (laptops, mobile
• Setup, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of meeting rooms, video-conferencing gear, and AV
• Administration and oversight of the local office Wi-Fi network and basic networking hardware
• Technical and audio-visual support during company internal events, all-hands meetings, and
• Basic administrative support across user platforms (Windows, iOS, Android).

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background or ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or
• Fluent in Czech (mandatory for daily in-person office and vendor communications).
• Communicative in English at a minimum B2 level (both written and spoken for international
• Regular onsite availability based on agreement, ideally Monday to Friday (4+ hours within
