IT Support & Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage, configure, and secure fleet devices using MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Ivanti).
• Write and maintain custom deployment scripts (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell) to automate out-of-box
• Manage and administer user lifecycles, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory and
• Maintain directory integrations, single sign-on (SSO) configurations, and security access controls.
• Provide Tier 2/3 engineering and daily troubleshooting support for macOS (60%), Windows (35%), and
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for local and remote users.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced administration of macOS and Windows 10/11; solid CLI familiarity and basic troubleshooting
• Proven experience designing and implementing zero-touch provisioning. Strong scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with local/hybrid Active Directory (GPOs, security groups) and advanced
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and endpoint security best practices.
• Outstanding customer service orientation with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to
