IT Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide first-line support to onsite Gibraltar team and global Midnite staff
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of end-user equipment in the Gibraltar office
• Keep asset inventory up to date
• Update internal documentation with process changes
• Create end-user guidance documents for services
• Collaborate with global IT team on projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support (both face-to-face and remote)
• Familiarity with supporting Windows and macOS devices
• Experience supporting a Google Workspace environment
• Basic understanding of office networking infrastructure
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently as the only onsite IT staff member
