IT Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support across macOS (80%), Windows, and Linux for accounts
• Set up, remove, and maintain technical equipment (meeting rooms, network) across our HQ offices (3)
• Execute account provisioning, device preparation, Day-1 desk support, and access revocation
• Manage the IT warehouse, local inventory, loaner pools, and repair coordination with external
• Enforce proper security standards across all local machines and network environments
• Maintain Confluence solutions and user guides while flagging repeat issues for self-service or

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Support roles or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of working with Windows and Mac
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Independent, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
• Expertise in various fields such as operating system administration, network security setup
• Communicate fluently in both German and English
