📋 Description

• Maintain, install, and troubleshoot the live studio's equipment.
• Set up and maintain on-site computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support for video streaming, data, optical, and network systems.
• Install and maintain video streaming gear (cameras, audio, cabling) per procedures.
• Respond to user requests, diagnose issues, and document resolutions.
• Monitor CDN server connections and troubleshoot problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Adhere to multi-state Gaming Commission regulations, PT Services Delaware regs, and live unit policies.
• Provide technical support for video streaming equipment, data, optical, and network systems per procedures.
• Install, maintain video streaming equipment and related hardware per procedures.
• Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and hardware.
• Monitor information systems, diagnose problems, and report progress to management.
• Respond to user calls and troubleshoot software problems.
