📋 Description

• First/Second line IT support for internal users.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot laptops, printers, devices.
• Configure Windows, Mac, Linux on user devices.
• Manage user devices with device management tools.
• Assist with user accounts: Okta, AD, Azure AD, O365.
• Physical network tasks and server equipment maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary education or higher.
• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written/spoken).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Teamwork, problem solving, under pressure.
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS.
