IT Support Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1st-3rd tier IT support to SpaceX employees.
• Manage on-site IT hardware lifecycle and inventory.
• Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, in person and remotely.
• Configure desktop, label and large multifunction printers.
• Network support and VLAN configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience building and troubleshooting computer systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies.
• MacOS, iOS, and Linux experience (preferred).
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE.
• Excellent written, verbal and phone communication.
