IT System Administrator

📋 Description

• Provision and deprovision accounts across IdP and various SaaS platforms for onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and ship laptops/desktops to new hires; run new-hire IT orientation.
• Administer macOS and Windows MDM providers (enrollment, patching, compliance policies, app
• Administer IdP (SSO, groups, app assignments), collaboration platforms, licensing, etc.
• Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day IT issues; triage and resolve tier 1/2 helpdesk
• Maintain and troubleshoot network gear (Wi-Fi, switches, basic firewall/VLAN configuration).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in an IT Administrator, IT Support, or Systems Administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with an MDM tool (Kandji, Intune, Jamf, or similar).
• Working knowledge of an SSO/IdP platform (Okta or similar).
• Experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
• Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, DHCP/DNS fundamentals).
