IT System Administrator (Fuse Fed)

📋 Description

• Administer Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant, including user identity, mailboxes, licensing, and access
• Manage and support a mixed fleet of macOS and Windows endpoints, including device provisioning
• Provide help desk support and troubleshooting for end users, resolving hardware, software, and
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning/deprovisioning of
• Serve as the local point of contact for the managed security services provider (MSSP), coordinating
• Own and maintain System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for NIST

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on administrative experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High (or GCC) environments
• Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 controls, both as applied to IT administration and as
• Experience managing and supporting both macOS and Windows endpoints in a business environment
• Demonstrated help desk/end-user support and troubleshooting experience
• Strong written documentation skills — able to translate technical controls into clear
• Experience organizing and maintaining audit or compliance evidence
