• Support employees with IT topics in daily work
• Ensure secure and smooth IT operations
• Install and manage modern hardware/software
• Manage user accounts, permissions and IT policies

• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date IT documentation for quality & compliance

🎯 Requirements

• IT training or degree with practical experience
• Experience administering MS servers (2012–2025) and Windows 10/11
• Know-how in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, LAN/WAN/WLAN
• Nice to have SQL, Linux, scripting or MS 365
• Strong service mindset, structured work style, responsibility
• Team spirit, initiative; very good German and good English
